Audio broadcasts of floor sessions and committee meetings are available online. To access the video and audio broadcasts, visit http://www.leg.mt.gov/css/Video-and-Audio/live.asp?strView_id=84. You’ll need RealPlayer software to view or listen to them.
In addition to internet broadcasts, the Legislature will broadcast its proceedings over cable television through TVMT, a state government public-access network launched by the legislative branch in 2001. http://www.leg.mt.gov/css/Video-and-Audio/tvmt.asp Check here to see if it is available in your area.
This session the Legislative Services Division will debut a new feature on the legislative website. Users will be be able to search for audio and video related to specific bills using one search function at http://www.leg.mt.gov/css/Video-and-Audio/archives/av.asp. Clck on “Bill Specific Audio/Video Form.

The phone number for the Legislative Information Office is (406) 444-4800. At this number you can leave messages for up to five (5) legislators, and receive information related to the session. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (M-F), 8 a.m. to adjournment on Saturday. The TTY (Telephone Device for the Deaf) number is (406) 444-4462.
